Rhapsody Hires Michelle Calloway as Regional Property Manager

Multifamily Specialist to Oversee the Company’s Western Regional Portfolio

Edmonton, Alberta (January 11, 2016) -- Rhapsody Property Management Services (“Rhapsody”), Canada’s premier third party management firm, announced today that Michelle Calloway joined the company as a regional property manager to oversee its portfolio of luxury rental communities in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton. Bringing over 10 years of property management experience to the firm, Calloway has a proven track record for driving occupancy and exceeding budgeted NOI for her managed communities. In her new role with Rhapsody, she will utilize her leadership and lease-up expertise to motivate team members and set the bar for the Canadian rental market. Based in Edmonton, Calloway reports to Senior Vice President Rob Martin.

Most recently, Calloway oversaw a portfolio of privatized military housing for Pinnacle that included 6,500 single family, duplex, and apartment homes on four separate installations in California. The units ranged from new construction lease-ups to home renovations.
